You can cancel a pending request to move a domain from your account to another registrant's account.

You can cancel a pending request to move a domain from your account to another registrant's account.

To Cancel an Domain Registrant Change

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Manage Domains.
  3. From the Domains menu, select Pending Account Changes.
  4. Select the domain(s) for which you want to cancel the account change.
  5. Click Cancel Selected.
  6. Select Please Cancel Transaction(s), and then click OK to confirm the cancellation.
  7. Click OK again.
